All was well with Anita’s family (played by Judy Ann Santos) until that fateful Christmas eve when her husband Miong (played by Gerald Madrid) loses his life in the hands of murderers. Anita, distraught with the loss of her husband starts to face the hardships of life without him. With no money and no source of income to feed her family and in despair after she also loses her youngest daughter to an illness, she makes the boldest move and perhaps, the biggest mistake of her life as she tries to poison her children in an attempt to ease them of their pains. Fortunately, her eldest son who was witness to her deed saves his life and the lives of his siblings and does the drastic move of staying away from their mother.
Will Anita regain the love of her children? Or will she forever live without them?
